Dinner at Afuri’s Yuzu ramen • we’ve picked yuzu salt 1080円 & Shoyu 1080円(soy sauce) based ramen, you can choose the level of thickness of Chiyo (chicken oil blended with dashi) that added into the soup • I found that the chicken (salt) based broth with citrusy yuzu was very light and I prefer the soy sauce one 🍜
